No. MeetingOS never stores or records audio for playback.
What actually happens to your audio
When you click Capture Notes, your meeting audio is streamed in real time to Contio's secure private cloud. That audio stream is used to generate conversation metadata. The audio from the meeting is never saved as a file, accessible for playback, or stored long-term.
What is stored
Your meeting notes, summaries, and action items are stored securely in your Contio workspace. These are text-based outputs derived from the conversation — not audio files.
Platform integrations (Google/Microsoft)
If you've connected a Google or Microsoft account, MeetingOS has access to your calendar, email, and documents as a reference library. MeetingOS does not download or store these — it references them on demand when you ask Contio AI a question. You control what gets attached to meetings and what gets shared with teammates.
