Sharing Meeting Notes with Participants

MeetingOS never automatically sends your meeting summary to anyone — you decide if and how to share it.

How to share notes

  1. Open the meeting whose notes you want to share

  2. Click the dark blue Share button (located below the agenda section, at the top of the Meeting Notes area)

  3. Choose from the following options:

Option

What it does

Send via Email → Workspace attendees

Sends the summary to other MeetingOS users who attended

Send via Email → I'll address it myself

Opens an email draft for you to customize and send manually

Copy Link

Copies a shareable link to the meeting summary

Copy Text

Copies the plain text of the notes to your clipboard

Notes are never auto-sent

MeetingOS will never distribute your meeting summary without your explicit action. You always control what gets shared and with whom.
