Sharing Your Meeting Agenda Before a Meeting

You can share your meeting agenda with attendees before a meeting starts — even if they don't have a Contio account.

How to copy and share the meeting invite

  1. Open the meeting whose agenda you want to share

  2. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the MeetingOS Menu

  3. Select Copy Meeting Invite

  4. Paste the copied text into an email, Slack message, or calendar invite

The copied invite includes your meeting agenda in a clean, readable format. Recipients don't need a Contio account to view it.

When to use this

  • Sending a pre-read agenda to attendees before a call

  • Adding agenda context directly into a calendar invite

  • Sharing talking points with an external client or partner ahead of a meeting

Note: This shares your agenda only — not your notes or captured transcript. Notes are never shared automatically and require a separate action after the meeting. See Sharing Meeting Notes with Participants → for post-meeting sharing options.
