Keeping a Meeting Private with Secret Meetings

Written by Andrew Ely

By default, meetings in your MeetingOS workspace are visible to other users in that workspace. If you have a meeting you'd like to keep private — such as a 1:1, a sensitive conversation, or anything you don't want the rest of your team to see — you can mark it as a Secret Meeting.

How to make a meeting secret

  1. Open the meeting you want to make private

  2. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the MeetingOS Menu

  3. Select Make this a secret meeting

Alternately, In the Sharing tab of the meeting - turn the Green Lock (Open Meeting) to a Red Lock (Secret Meeting).

Once marked as secret, the meeting is only visible to participants who are part of that meeting. Other users in your workspace will not be able to see it at all.
