Creating a Personal or Workspace Template

If you run the same type of meeting repeatedly, save it as a template so you can reuse that agenda structure with one click.

Create a template from a meeting

  1. Set up a meeting with the agenda structure you want to save

  2. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the MeetingOS Menu

  3. Select Create template from this meeting…

  4. Enter a Template Name (required)

  5. Optionally add a Description to help others understand when to use it

  6. Choose a Template Type:

    • Personal Template — only visible and usable by you

    • Workspace Template — available to everyone in your MeetingOS workspace

  7. Click Create Template

Your template is now saved and will appear in the template list the next time you use Apply template to this meeting…
