Connecting Your Calendar

Written by Andrew Ely

Connecting your Google or Microsoft calendar to MeetingOS populates your Today view with your scheduled meetings, giving you one-click access to start capturing notes.

What MeetingOS does with your calendar data

  • Loads your calendar events into your Today view

  • Uses past meeting data, emails, and documents to generate insights (when connected to Google or Microsoft)

  • Does not automatically share calendar events, emails, or documents with teammates — you control what gets shared

How to connect

When you first log in, follow the in-app prompts to connect your Google or Microsoft account. You can also connect, reconnect, or disconnect your calendar at any time from your integration settings:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Find Google Calendar (or Microsoft) and click Connect — or Reconnect if it's already linked

Under Google Calendar, you can also choose which of your calendars appear on your schedule.

Using multiple calendars

MeetingOS currently supports one connected calendar per account. If you have meetings on a secondary calendar, the workaround is to share that calendar into your primary connected calendar:

  • Google Calendar: Open Google Calendar settings → find the secondary calendar → share it with your primary account

  • Microsoft: Share or delegate the secondary calendar to your primary account

  • Apple Calendar: Contact [email protected] for specific instructions.
