Attaching Documents to a Meeting

Written by Andrew Ely

You can attach documents to a meeting in MeetingOS for two purposes: giving Contio AI context to reference during prep and planning, and making files available to other participants in the meeting itself.

Attach documents to a meeting

  1. Open the meeting you want to add documents to

  2. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the MeetingOS Menu

  3. Select Attach documents or data…

  4. Upload or link the file(s) you want to attach

Alternately, select the Docs + Data tab from within the Meeting to upload or link the file(s) you want.

Documents attached here are visible to other participants in the meeting and can be referenced by Contio AI when you ask it questions about the meeting or request prep help.

Attach documents in the Contio AI chat

You can also attach a document directly from the AI chat panel:

  1. Click anywhere in the "Ask Contio anything…" area to open the chat

  2. Use the attachment icon (paperclip) in the chat input

  3. Upload your file

Documents shared this way give Contio AI immediate context for the conversation — useful for asking questions about a specific report, contract, or agenda doc on the fly.
