What to Do If Something Isn't Working

If MeetingOS behaves unexpectedly — buttons not responding, content not loading, the screen is frozen — try these steps in order.

Step 1: Reload the app

Right-click anywhere on the app screen and select Reload. This refreshes the app without losing your data and resolves most minor issues.

Step 2: Quit and reopen

If reloading doesn't help, quit MeetingOS completely and reopen it. On Mac, use Cmd+Q or the menu bar. On Windows, right-click the system tray icon and select Quit.

Step 3: Reinstall the app

If the app is still behaving strangely after restarting, a clean reinstall is usually the fix. See the installation guide for your platform:
